Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lele's Roman in Brooklyn, NY. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This is a full-time position that requires excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of various types of beverages.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be of legal drinking age and comply with all state and local regulations
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and make recommendations when necessary
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
