Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasonal Food Runner to join our team on a seasonal basis at Barlume Beach in Montauk, NY. The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to customers promptly and accurately.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in other duties as needed to support the restaurant team.
This is a seasonal position at Barlume Beach in Montauk, NY, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to have you on board as a Food Runner.
