**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Philadelphia, PA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and restaurant cleanliness
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu items
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
